I was reading your page on The History of Breakfast Cereals (http://inventors.about.com/library/inventors/blcereal.htm), and much of the information was very interesting.

Your first section on W.K. Kellogg doesn't make much sense, though. You state that he invented corn flakes by boiling wheat and rolling it out. Last time I checked, wheat doesn't turn into corn no matter how much you boil it. If it does, please give me the recipe as wheat is much cheaper than corn, and I can save tons on popcorn by making popwheat instead.
